Dear Team,
Thank you for the work that you are doing – particularly in implementing all the new health, safety, and COVID related programs. I am constantly impressed with how the store teams take onboard ideas and training from the support team and execute them on a daily basis. It’s great to know that we have an outstanding group of people on whom we can rely to make sure that everything is done 100% of the time.
I want to give a special shout out to store manager Atha Martin and her team at Store 1421 in Gonzales, LA. Baton Rouge TV station WGMB heard about our outreach program to contact closed local businesses and provide them a place to sell their products in our stores. WGMB was very interested in our goal to help people and companies earn an income and give back to the community. They wanted to find out more about us.
The first we heard about WGMB visiting Atha’s store was when they contacted us to say that they were on the way. However, we didn’t have to worry about the surprise visit because Atha, and her team, were on top of it – a clean store, all of the safety precautions put into place, wearing gloves, and providing excellent customer service.
