The dedication and effort that you have put into our business over the last month has been outstanding. We are hearing from our customers about the great things that they are experiencing at our stores – a great attitude, excellent customer service, and a high level of professionalism that makes all of us proud.
I am pleased to announce that we will be providing an “Essential Employee” bonus of $2 per hour for our hourly team members and $100/week for all salaried ones; whether in the store, field, or office. The bonus will start this week and run for four weeks. We will continue to give the weekly $20 Stra$Bucks to our store team and $40 Stra$Bucks to our Store Managers as an additional thank you.
We want to show our appreciation for you being on the front lines of an essential business – being open when others are closed and taking care of people when others can’t. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. We are going to come through this together as a stronger company. We can’t do it without you.
