It’s hard to believe that it is already Thanksgiving again. It was about this time last year that I started down the tricky road of blogging. Frankly, it is a lot more difficult than I had imagined. Coming up with topics that are relevant and (hopefully) interesting can be daunting. And timing and consistency is sometimes an issue. (My apologies to those readers who keep reminding me when I miss my weekly posting.)
As always, I have a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. First and foremost I am blessed with a loving and healthy family – especially my wife and daughters. They are wonderful and a constant source of support and motivation (both philosophical and financial).
I’m also thankful for all of our team members at CMSI. They do a great job of making sure that we provide the best in retail operations to our customers every day. A short shout out list:
All of our colleagues who work in our stores and make it happen everyday
Marty Ford – Operations Director
Terresa Burdick – Training Director (and operations expert)
Mack Byrne – Operations District Manger
Donna Kline – Training Manger
Mike Garlick – Marketing Director
Pam Schumacher – Operations Coordinator
Amber Hansen – Marketing Coordinator
Honda Martinez – Marketing assistant/Store Auditing
Princess Malone – Marketing assistant
BJ Manning – Payroll
Kathy Chevalier – Store Auditing
Kevin Wilborn – IT Director
Ryan Grandusky – IT/Systems Administrator
Michelle Williams – CFO
Penny Scott – Accounting
Patsy Lopez – Accounting
Linda Southerland – Administration
Daisy Oliveta – HR
Tommy and Shirley Strasburger – mentors
Without these fine folks CMSI would not be able to continue to grow and provide the industry leading programs that we are known for. What is really exciting is that this great team of folks is working to build our business so that we will be able to announce some exciting new programs in 2014.
Thank you, as well, to our clients, suppliers, and vendors who help us provide the best of the best. Without your faith and confidence it would be a much harder row to hoe.
Warmest Thanksgiving wishes to you and your families.
