Thank you for the great work that you are doing in the stores. The country is starting to open up again and our customers are coming out after the relaxing of stay at home restrictions. While we still need to be careful about the COVID-19 virus and take precautions seriously, life is inching its way back towards normal.
In line with other retailers around the country, we have concluded the temporary Essential Employee Pay bonus. It was originally planned to be in effect for four weeks but we extended it another two to make sure that we helped the team get through the worse part of the COVID-19 crisis. It is thanks to the generosity of our clients that we were able to offer the bonus as a thank you for being on the front lines when other stores were shut down.
The last distribution of Stra$Bucks will be next week. In appreciate of everything that you did during the COVID-19 crisis, next week’s final payment will be double the amount you usually receive. This is our thank you to you for your professionalism and willingness to keep our stores open and take care of our customers. We really appreciate your contribution to the team.
Both of these programs were offered as a sign of appreciation for the great work that the StrasGlobal team is doing. As we continue to grow our business, we will be creating more opportunities for all of us to benefit. Thank you for standing with us during this difficult time.
